I was disappointed with my stay. I was given a downstairs room beside the main door, extremely close to the street. I could hear everyone walking past as if they were in the room. It was unbelievably noisy, and a garbage truck or street cleaning vehicle went by around 6am. I could barely sleep during my three days there, and there was no heating in the room. Avoid this hotel, or at least that room, if you want to rest.

It's a great place right in the middle of town. The service rating is lower because it's an apart hotel, so there's nobody on site.

Good value, and the place is right in central Lancaster. The accommodation had what we needed, though a few things could use attention: the bathroom door didn't lock, some bulbs were out, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Our room was upstairs, which was fine for us but may not suit everyone. Parking can be tricky.

The bed was so comfortable, and the apartment was the kind of place I could imagine living in. We’d happily come back. There’s no reception, but the phone number on the door took us to a spot just around the corner, where a friendly man showed us in and suggested places to eat and drink. Leaving was simple, and nobody hurried us along. Thanks, we’d recommend it.

I was in Lancaster for work in October and had such a good stay that I’ve already booked again for my next trip. The apart hotel was clean, easy to get into, and right in the centre. I slept really well and would definitely recommend it.
