The rooms were clean and the shower was great. Dog-friendly rooms open straight onto the garden. Arrival instructions came by email at midday, which is a bit late if you’re travelling for more than four hours. Breakfast isn’t available every day, and the good restaurant options get busy, so book ahead.

We had a lovely four-night stay with our little dog Scrappy Dude, and would definitely come back. The hosts were so welcoming, and our spacious, clean room had doors straight out to the garden.

The host was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, with splendid sea views from this lovely hotel.

We were glad to discover Laugharne, a small town that’s well worth visiting, just a few minutes from the hotel. Tenby is about a 30-minute drive away. We found the hotel at the last minute over the bank holiday and really liked it. Our room was spacious, breakfast was fab, and the views were beautiful.

The sea views from the lovely, well-kept gardens were stunning. We also appreciated the communal room, where there was a microwave for heating food and plenty of cutlery. The rooms were very clean, breakfast fantastic, and the staff really friendly.
