The lake is the highlight for me, with private access and plenty of room for lazy sunny days. It’s a lovely rural spot in Cornwall, with sheep grazing nearby. The lanes are narrow, though we’ve never had trouble driving them. We’ve now booked for four years running.

A quiet, remote setting, about 6 miles from Launceston and 10 miles from Bude. The lodges are lovely, each has a hot tub, and they’re well equipped for a stay. Heating is available in every room if you need it.

Ross was so welcoming and easy to reach whenever we had a question. We stayed three nights in Bramley lodge at Avallon Lodges, and the hot tub was just right after a day out. We had a great time and will definitely be back in August. Thanks, Ross!

We had a great weekend here with friends, and the hot tub was especially good. We’re already making plans to come back.

I’m already looking forward to coming back next year for a week to rest and recharge. The lodge had everything we needed and then some, in a peaceful setting with lovely views by day and brilliant stargazing from the hot tub at night. Ross was lovely and went out of his way to make things work for us. The hot tub was perfect. Thanks so much! X x
