A little out of the way, but a lovely small place to get some sleep.

We couldn't wait to get home. The room was unbearably hot, and they said they had no key for the patio doors so we couldn't let air in. The TV was broken, and the electrics had last been checked in 2014. The listing photos show a table outside, but that's in their garden, which is blocked off. The pictures should be updated to show what the accommodation really offers. I think it needs a health and safety visit as soon as possible.

It's friendly, comfortable, family-run budget accommodation. The kitchenette was good, the bed was comfy, and it stayed quiet at night, away from the main roads.

A charming little place, just what we needed, and close to the local shops.

For the price, it was perfect for working away. There were cooking facilities, so no takeaway for me tonight 😁
