We only stayed one night, and that was plenty. The room was filthy: stained carpet, awful paintwork, a disgusting shower, damp-feeling towels and cups that weren't particularly clean. The kettle needed descaling. The curtain rail was hanging off, the TV sat crooked because the socket was too far away, and there was no bathroom door lock or bedside lamps. The pillows were so old and flat they might as well not have been there. I complained to Booking.com. I've never stayed somewhere this dirty, and if I could rate it below one star, I would.

The location was OK, with a car park and several bus stops nearby. The room furniture was worn, the bed creaked but was otherwise all right, and the blinds need replacing while the wardrobe needs repair. The main issue was the shower. Shared bathrooms didn't bother me, but the nearest shower's thermostat was faulty and made the water too hot, so I had to use another bathroom. I might consider staying here again if I travel to Leeds, though I wouldn't recommend it to other people.

The three rooms shown were dirty and unfinished, so I didn't stay. There was mould on the bedding, food on the floor, and the mattresses were stained. One room was also missing a kettle and TV remote.

The second night I tried, the sheets didn't have human doo doo on them, but the experience was still awful. The week before, I found it there. I asked for a refund or to speak to the manager, but got neither. The manager was nowhere around, and the girl at the front desk couldn't help at all. Worst place I've stayed. Stay away.

I lost my wallet and couldn't show ID when I arrived, so they refused to check me in. They also wouldn't refund me. Be careful when booking.
