Breakfast was the highlight for us. Hats off to the chefs and kitchen staff, the food and presentation even won over my teenage daughter. The restaurant team provided 110% service too. We had a comfortable bed, a decent sofa bed, and a cozy, clean room. After reading some comments, I was worried about staying with my family, but Hotel Indigo was a completely different experience. The reception team made us feel like old friends, and the hospitality was top-notch. I'd truly recommend it.

Getting around was easy from this convenient location, with attractions, restaurants and public transport close by. The staff were friendly, professional and ready to help, and their care made a real difference. Breakfast had lots of delicious, fresh, high-quality choices, a lovely way to start each morning. Everything was spotless and well maintained, from my room to the shared spaces, so I felt relaxed and comfortable. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

The bar is a nice spot, and breakfast was super. The bar and breakfast staff were spot on. Adi ( apologies if I've misspelt) at reception was welcoming and engaging. My compact bedroom had everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent. A great stay from start to finish, no negatives.

What sets Hotel Indigo Leeds apart is the service. Bradley at reception was especially helpful, warmly recognizing my Platinum Elite status and even calling the day before I arrived. That kind of proactive attention made a great first impression. I also got a lovely welcome with fresh cookies on arrival. The hotel feels fresh, welcoming and well presented throughout. I regularly stay at IHG properties around the UK as a Platinum Elite member, and this is easily the best Indigo I've experienced. I'll absolutely stay again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Leeds.

The one drawback for me was the lack of on-site parking, which is why I gave four stars. The nearest car park is about a five-minute walk away. I skipped Banksa restaurant, since there are lots of tempting places to eat within a ten-minute walk. Room 216 is compact but well laid out. The heating works well, the shower is powerful and hot, and there's a fridge and safe. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the blackout curtains make the room completely dark once the lights are out. It's also really quiet at bedtime. The lift serves every floor and the free hotel Wi-Fi is great, over 60 Mbps at busy times and above 150 Mbps when it's quieter. I'm on the third and final night of a work trip, and it's been a great place to stay. I'd revisit.
