Student Only Vita St. Albans

I moved into Room 1214 at VITA St Albans late at night, and the condition was unacceptable. The mattress had lots of hair on it, and the dirty bathroom had long hairs by the drain, clearly left by someone else as I have short hair. The shower drain was blocked, and the fridge had visible stains and leaked water when I opened it. The room overall was dirty and poorly maintained, nowhere near the standard VITA advertises. When I reported the problems, the response was slow and unhelpful. Students pay a premium price at VITA, so the service and quality should be much better. I wouldn’t recommend VITA St Albans unless they make serious improvements to cleaning, maintenance and customer service.

Vita Student became my home away from home during the two years I lived there. From day one, the team made me feel welcome and regularly went the extra mile, whether helping with parcels, arranging events or just stopping for a friendly chat. The facilities were modern, clean and well thought out for student life, with quiet places to study as well as lively areas to spend time and unwind. I made good friends and memories through the community Vita creates. It felt safe and supportive, and I’m grateful for the experience. I’d strongly recommend Vita Student to students looking for a stylish place to live.

The reception service was a highlight, especially Sam and Alex, who were helpful and good company while I was staying here. They responded to my questions and requests promptly. It’s a short walk to school, and with big supermarkets and markets nearby, day-to-day life is convenient. I had a really good stay.

The public facilities were very good, and the rooms were great. There were lots of interesting activities where I met interesting friends, and the staff were really friendly. The manager Ashiely was especially supportive. I think I’ll always miss my time here.
