My room was clean, comfortable and cozy. There was a loud humming noise from the heating vent on an outside wall, so I asked to move and they sorted it right away without any fuss. The reception team were lovely, and breakfast was nice. I could have as much tea and coffee as I wanted throughout the day.

Room 230 was much bigger, and the beds were really comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very nice. The pizza in the evening was super tasty, definitely recommend it. Room 03 is a bit small, but fair for the price. The night bar staff were absolutely wonderful, helpful, professional and had a good sense of humor.

The room was bright, tidy and well looked after, with clean towels ready to use and a very good bed. But there was no kettle, tea or coffee supplies, or drinking water in the room. I had to go down to reception to make a hot drink or get water.

I stayed at the ibis over Christmas while visiting family and had a great time. The staff were polite and really helpful. Levana deserves a special mention for being so attentive and having such good manners. Thanks, and hopefully see you again soon!

The reception and bar were bright and modern, with a great beer selection. My room was basic but modern, and spotlessly clean. I checked in around teatime today and found everyone really friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.
