The friendly atmosphere is one of the best parts of living at Queens Court, with a welcoming mix of people from different backgrounds. The team on site are approachable and helpful, and they’ve dealt quickly with the few maintenance issues I’ve had. My room was modern, clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage and a good-sized desk for studying. The shared kitchen and living area are handy for spending time with flatmates, and the communal spaces are well kept. The location is convenient too, close to the university, local shops and public transport. The area feels safe and has a nice student community. Queens Court is good value and has made student life in Leicester enjoyable. I’d recommend it to anyone studying here who wants somewhere comfortable, convenient and sociable.

Silverfish keep coming back just hours after staff give you insect spray to deal with them. They know about the infestation, but the spray is only a temporary fix. There are mould problems too. This place is an absolute cesspit. It needs a complete refurb, or really, it should just be bulldozed. You’d have a better time in an HMP cell. At least that would be cleaned.

Queen's Court has been much better than my last accommodation, and that’s entirely down to the staff. Having someone on site 24 hours a day turned out to matter a lot. They’re friendly and helpful, and when I’ve had problems with flatmates or maintenance, they’ve taken it seriously. I’ve never felt ignored. Charlotte especially!!!

Everyone on the Queen’s Court team is lovely, but Charlotte especially makes living here much easier. She follows through on what she says and goes above and beyond when problems come up. Thanks to the team for supporting me and helping me enjoy my time here :)

The gym being included is a nice extra. My first week, though, there wasn’t even basic cleaning gear like a mop or toilet brush. I understand I have to get my own iron and other things, but those items could help keep the place clean.
