The afternoon tea was the best we've ever had, even after trying it at Kilworth House and all over Leicestershire. The cakes, sandwiches, and scones were exceptional quality and very reasonably priced. It's a lovely quaint hotel on beautiful New Walk, with friendly, welcoming staff. We'll DEFINITELY be back.

The staff were fantastic and helped with anything we needed, and the breakfast selection was great too. We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, with really spacious room sizes. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable and spacious. Absolutely brilliant, they catered for us so well. We'd definitely recommend it and stay again!

We got unlucky with the timing, as maintenance work on the WiFi system was happening during our overnight stay. Even so, everything else was great: super staff, a warm room, and an efficient shower. Breakfast was tasty and had options for every taste, including fruit, yoghurt, super hot food, continental choices, and cereals. They'd even cook dishes fresh specifically if you wanted. There are lots of private parking spaces and it's an easy walk to the town centre. Definitely recommend.

A very pleasant surprise. I've spent years in hotels, and this was one of the quietest I've stayed in. Getting a good night's sleep is the number one thing for me. The staff were great, friendly, and gave great service. We had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast there too, and both were very well cooked. Highly recommended.

We stayed overnight for the graduation ceremony at the Curve. The location is excellent for the city centre and the value was excellent too. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was large, light, and airy, with a comfortable bed and bath robes as a nice bonus. Breakfast was excellent, with the usual cereals, fruit, and other options alongside a cooked breakfast. Service was prompt, and the food was hot and tasty.
