This cottage is on a working farm in a peaceful rural spot, so you may come across the odd horse or chicken during your stay. We enjoyed that, and it made the visit even better. The owners made us very welcome and supplied a lovely welcome pack to get us started; nothing was too much trouble. Although it feels like a proper countryside retreat, lots of places of interest are within ten miles. Highly recommended, and we'd certainly come back if we're in the area.
