We liked staying with Anona and Jeff so much two years ago that we booked with them again when we decided to revisit Shetland. We've now stayed in every room, and they're all comfortable and well equipped with what we needed. The breakfasts are wonderful, with fresh fruit every morning. Rockvilla is also well situated for exploring town and going out to eat in the evenings. Anona and Jeff are a lovely couple, and we can thoroughly recommend them.

We keep coming back, and I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Shetland. Anona and Jeff happily share local tips on places to visit, eat and find entertainment, always in a friendly, hospitable way. Their hospitality is great, the rooms are wonderful, the location is ideal, and the breakfasts are the best I've ever had. This is the best B&B I've stayed in.

The centre of town is only a few minutes away on foot. We had a brilliant three-night stay with Anona and Jeff, with a great room and delicious breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and good-quality local produce. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming. We loved all three nights here. Our room was a huge twin with one single and one double bed, a large TV and an en-suite shower room. The bay window looked out over the park, with mountains in the distance. I booked through booking.com, and it was paid via the platform, which made things easier. Free cancellation was also a reason I booked, in case Covid got worse again.

Anona and Jeff were wonderful, knowledgeable hosts who gave generously of their time and help. Our stay was lovely and memorable, and we'd recommend it without hesitation. The accommodation, location and food were all simply five-star. If you're holidaying in Shetland and staying in Lerwick, Rockvilla is a must. It's the best guest house we've stayed in for many a year.
