The beach is very clean, and there are toilets in the car park. It’s super quiet with beautiful views. The car park is large, though it might fill up on a very sunny day.

Matt makes an excellent breakfast and has lots of suggestions for places to visit nearby. He’s an absolutely charming, welcoming host. We couldn’t fault our experience, with a great room that was comfortable and thoughtfully set up. What a wonderful place to stay. Can’t wait to return.

The breakfasts were amazing, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We stayed at five other B&Bs on our trip, and Seascape Largo was far ahead of them for breakfast. Matt is the best host I’ve met in many years of travel, and the rooms are comfortable in a terrific location. We originally booked one night, then added two more. We’ll definitely include Seascape in our plans for 2026. Matt, message me when you get a chance.

Matthew Allan sets the standard for running a B&B. I’d want to learn from him if I owned one. His welcome is genuinely warm, and he’s a thoughtful, well-travelled host. The seafront home is lovely, with comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast, and a communal space full of artwork.

Beach walks, shops, and being close to Edinburgh all added to the appeal of the area. The included breakfast was great, and Matt had no trouble comfortably accommodating a third person when we added them. We had a perfect stay at Seascape. Thanks again, Matt!
