The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, and the house and room were clean, comfortable and lovely. Breakfast was a delicious full English, and they also catered for gluten-free needs. The town is a long walk away, though a taxi cost less than £8. We’d definitely go back.

We’ve never stayed in a better guest house. The welcome from the hosts was wonderful, and they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beautifully presented and probably the best we’ve ever had. Our room was fantastic, with great facilities. We’d highly recommend staying here in Lincoln.

We spent two nights at the Old Lodge and had a lovely stay. The room was very nice, and the quiet location had fantastic views. Deborah and Gordon were really friendly, and breakfast was excellent.

There’s a lovely green common right nearby, with horses running free, and the location is great. Our room was clean, spacious and comfy, and we enjoyed breakfast. Gordon and Deborah made us feel very welcome. Gordon even kindly drove us into the centre of Lincoln one evening. We’d happily stay again.

From the lovely B&B and delicious breakfast to the brilliant hosts, we had a great stay. It’s a short walk into the centre, and the common and horses make for beautiful views. I’d recommend it 100%.
