We arrived after 9pm to find the place filthy and mouldy. I called and asked for it to be cleaned, but was told it had already been cleaned to a high standard that day. The only option they offered was to leave and get a refund. With a child and so late at night, that wasn't possible. We were in the area for a wedding, and every other place we could find cost over £600. I said we had no choice but to stay and would ask booking.com for a refund afterwards. Now they're refusing to refund us. The property was filthy from top to bottom, and management were rude and unhelpful. Do not stay here.

We had a lovely stay after giving the place a clean. The flat is very spacious, has all the amenities, and is in a great location, though it could use a little TLC. It's a three-bedroom flat on the third floor, so it won't suit disabled guests or anyone who struggles with stairs.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed, apart from a bottle opener. The beds were comfortable too. It's not quite where the listing says it is, but still very close to amenities. Don't let the access put you off, the apartment itself is lovely.

The apartment was comfortable, and the heating worked well, but getting to the block wasn't pleasant. There was litter everywhere and an abandoned sofa outside a neighbouring block. The oven was filthy, the saucepans were awful, and the toilet seat was loose. You can only see the lake by leaning out of a window. It was fine with two of us, but six people would struggle with just one small toilet and shower room, a small kitchen table, and four chairs.
