The team are consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and you can see they’re doing an amazing job with the resources they have. A huge thank you to Olivia, Ryan, Elina, Tia, Jack, Jane, Suzanne, Sarah, and Natalie, and apologies if I’ve missed anyone. Housekeeping deserve real credit too: the rooms and communal areas are spotless. We’ve already booked our next stay. The hotel is great value, with warm, comfortable rooms, free parking, and a location that’s ideal for shopping. The food is excellent, and the meal deal is great value. The Big Stack Burger with upgraded Katsu curry topped chips was absolutely delicious, and the cooked breakfast is a standout. You can list exactly what you want, and it arrives fresh and perfectly cooked. The bar is cosy, though it could use a little attention to bring it fully in line with the upgraded rooms. WiFi coverage and speed could be better.

Jane, thanks for all your help. We were there all week in Room 219, and the food was great. The evening meal was another level, hot, fresh, and good to eat. I also had the unlimited breakfast, which was fresh and hot, with a great range of options. The restaurant meal was delicious and very well priced, and service was quick. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I walked into this Premier Inn. Check-in was seamless, and they made sure I had what I needed, sharing local tips with a genuine smile. Everyone was brilliant, though there were so many names I couldn’t remember them all. Please make the badge names bigger so we can see them. I highly recommend this location for a comfortable stay with a team that cares, and I’ll definitely return. Thank you.

Susan at reception was especially helpful, and the breakfast team were friendly and made everything easy. Parking was free and plentiful. I stayed from 23-25 January, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I had a great experience and would happily recommend the hotel.

We stayed for a week over the Xmas period, and the staff were amazing. They were very friendly, gave great service, and quickly helped us with the few things we needed. Six-star service! The rooms were good, a bit more than you’d expect from a 3* hotel. Breakfast was tasty and well priced for an all-you-can-eat meal.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice, and the rooms were very clean and nice. Jenn and Jack gave us helpful suggestions for places to see. I’d come back and stay again.
