Comfort Inn Arundel

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable, with helpful staff and plenty of free parking. There are local amenities on site, and it’s a great-value base for exploring the area. We had a small issue with breakfast, but the staff handled it professionally. The location is great.

We’ve found this a lovely place to pause while changing homes. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and there are handy amenities nearby. Everyone on staff is welcoming, including gary and jana. I’m sorry I don’t know all their names, but I can’t fault anyone. Thoroughly recommend it.

The staff are great, and the reception, bar and dining areas are clean and well kept. The beds could do with an update. There’s a good choice at the cooked breakfast, but it’s all kept too hot, so things end up dried out or soggy. I didn’t think it was worth £15. I guess it’s OK.

My family had a lovely stay. The housekeeping team were sweet and accommodating, and one of them even stopped to carry our stroller up the stairs. At check-in on Friday, the ladies who helped us were brilliant, kind and helpful. I also spotted a man working reception that afternoon who was serving in the breakfast area the next morning. Every department has amazing staff. For a three-star hotel, they make the experience feel five-star. The staff are the face of the business and deserve lots of praise. Comfort Inn is lucky to have them. I don’t visit a three-star hotel expecting five-star standards, so I won’t nitpick.
