The apartment was lovely and clean, with all the essentials. I liked that there was a recycling bag inside and a collection point down the hall. The heating stayed too warm even on its lowest setting, if I had to pick something I didn't like.

I've stayed here twice now. After being so happy with my first visit, I booked it again straight away when I returned to the city. The rooms are cosy and warm, with everything needed, and the prices are very good. I had a small problem with the bathroom sink on my second visit, but it was minor and certainly not a reason to criticise the whole hotel. It's right in the centre and very close to Lime St Station. The staff are always helpful, smiling, and available around the clock. Breakfast is the only downside I found: it's a bit expensive, though the quality is very decent. All in all, I've had a great experience and can hardly see why I wouldn't choose it again when I'm back in Liverpool.

The reception team were great, and all the staff were friendly. Our rooms were clean and the location was very convenient. Breakfast was good and adequate, as the pictures show, but there were no vegetarian hot choices, just sausages, bacon, tomatoes, and mushrooms. The receptionist said someone would come to ask if we wanted eggs, as previous guests had apparently been offered freshly cooked ones, but nobody came to ask us this time. Still, I would stay here again.

I hadn't expected much, since it was one of the cheapest hotels I'd seen around liverpool, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was a decent size, the shower was great, and the bed was comfortable. Staff seemed very nice as well. There were more useful things than I expected, including a kitchen, aircon, and a dishwasher.

It was easy to find from Lime Street station, and the central location was convenient. Getting in and checking in was hassle-free, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were good. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything needed, and I was especially impressed by the large bathroom. The TV never got past an updating message, so it didn't work at all. There was also no socket by the bed to charge my phone, which was annoying. I'd stay again, though, and hopefully get to watch TV next time.
