The apartment was nice, and the 10-minute walk to where we needed to be suited us well. I stayed with my partner and his friend. A big thank you for posting something we left behind so quickly, and at a fair price. The postage came out of the deposit, so there was no need to send money over the phone. Thanks again!

Base Liverpool has been one of my best letting agency experiences in the UK. The team is professional, welcoming, and easy to deal with, and enquiries are usually answered within a couple of hours. When something needed fixing, it was sorted straight away. Ivana is genuinely caring and professional. She looks after people rather than just processing tenants. Mihai has been brilliant too, friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with, and very talented at maintenance. I’ll always recommend Base to anyone looking to rent in Liverpool. It was easy and convenient to get around from this place, right in the center. We found it clean, cozy, and spacious enough for the whole family on our short family trip. The staff were super friendly too. A great option for families.

We had a spacious, warm apartment that suited all our needs, and it was easy to find with a warm welcome. Being able to leave our luggage for the day after checkout was a plus. I did mention at checkout that some extra blinds over the kitchen area would help, as builders on the roof greeted us in the morning. Thank you!
