Beautiful 1-bed Apartment in Liverpool

The hallway smelled of rotten eggs and weed throughout our stay, and the apartment was already dirty even though we had to pay a deposit to ensure we left it clean. We wouldn’t stay again. It definitely wasn’t worth the money. We arrived without a welcome pack, so we didn’t know how anything worked, including the heating, and the place was freezing. A representative replied when I got in touch, but the instructions they gave me were wrong. We also had no bin bags or oven gloves, and several listed utilities weren’t properly supplied, including dishwasher tablets. The fridge wasn’t working. Maybe the missing welcome pack would have explained it, but although someone said they’d come to fix it, nobody did, so we had to throw away some food we’d brought. Netflix was listed as a feature, but it was only the app, with no account. The master bedroom bed sagged in the middle and was uncomfortable. Its blinds were broken and shabby, letting in quite a lot of light at night, and there were dead bugs on the bedroom windowsill.
