I wouldn’t recommend this place. They charged me twice, and it was hard to get anyone to understand the problem. After a lot of hassle, they admitted the mistake but didn’t even apologise. The host even asked me to give the hostel five stars, but why would I? There was also someone in the male dorm who seemed to be an addict and screamed all day, whatever time I came back. They should check customers’ mental health before accepting them instead of only thinking about how much money they’ll make. It was bad for my nerves and my pocket.

There’s only one toilet for the whole property, so you’re better off using the pub across the street. Check-in wasn’t available when it suited me because the manager was away for about an hour. Security is very limited too, and most of the time anyone can get inside.

Don’t stay at this hostel. My friend and I paid at the desk, then were charged again on our credit card after we left. We complained several times but never got a refund. It’s in a bad area and at least an hour’s walk from the city centre.

This hostel no longer exists. The property is now private accommodation, but they’ll still take your money if you book it. It’s a scam.

The bathrooms were dirty and disgusting, and neither the front door nor any of the room doors locked. The host also tried to charge us twice. Worst experience ever, not recommended.
