It’s right in the city centre, but once you’re inside, or out on the open terrace, it feels like a little haven. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean, with all the essentials. The staff were so helpful, and we’ll definitely book again.

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, and the location was great. We got an unexpected upgrade, which suited our age group better, but there were no windows and the neighbouring walls were paper thin. Young people in the apartments on both sides partied all night, so I didn’t sleep at all. The TV wouldn’t work either. I called reception and was put through to the person in charge of the building, who said he’d call back. No call came.

There’s plenty of room, it’s clean, and the location is right in the heart of Liverpool. For a group coming to party, it’s decent value. But our group of five had to leave the door open for a couple of hours each evening to clear the stale air, since there are virtually no windows or ventilation. Music was audible at night too. The cutlery, glasses and other basic items looked old and weren’t very clean, so families may want to find somewhere with better amenities and cleanliness.
