Cosy Studio Apartment - Chavasse Apartments

Mark made my last-minute booking really easy and even arranged a complimentary late checkout. He was a great help throughout. At Chavasse Apartment, the modern decor, cleanliness and well-equipped amenities made the place feel like home. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the attention to detail was spot on. I’m already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend it if you want somewhere welcoming and hassle-free. Thanks, Mark, for making the visit memorable.

Mark at reception was kind and really helpful, and we were able to borrow a hairdryer from the desk. The apartment was clean, spacious and well laid out, with great customer service and very good value in a great location. Some furniture felt a bit cheap. A sharp knife, scissors and washing-up liquid in the kitchen would have been useful.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. It’s close to Liverpool One and the Dock, and the reception and housekeeping teams are friendly and helpful. We were really pleased with the apartment. There had been issues on our previous visit, caused by earlier occupants and not Chavasse, and Mark was very apologetic. This time he arranged early check-in and late checkout and upgraded us to the penthouse. Nothing was too much trouble.

The room was spacious, clean and tidy, with a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. The location was very good too. Our only issue was that the shower was too warm, but they fixed it for us right away. I’d recommend this place to friends visiting Liverpool.
