The apartment was fresh, clean and nice, and the secure car park was reassuring. The staff were friendly and helpful both when we arrived and checked out. We only stayed one night, and after our gig the arena was just a five minute walk away. A bedroom dressing table or mirror would have helped, since none of the mirrors were positioned well for drying or straightening my hair. The shower screen was a bit too small and water got all over the floor. Those were my only faults, and it was good value. Thanks, we'll stay again on our next Liverpool trip.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. We had a lovely few days at cove paradise liverpool, with a handy spot for shopping, museums and the theatre. Albert Dock was a 10 minute walk away. We only just got home and have already booked another stay for May!

We were sorry to leave Cove after our first stop in the UK. The room was beautiful and had all we needed, including a kitchen, laundry and living area. The price was very reasonable, and the staff were welcoming, lovely and seemed dependable, though we didn't need to contact them during our stay. The location was absolutely perfect. Next time we travel, we'll check out their other locations too. Couldn't ask for more!

Jake The Receptionist really brightened the day with his bubbly personality. The apartment was spotless and furnished really well, and everything is within walking distance from a safe, perfect location. It's city centre, so there was nighttime noise, but it didn't bother me too much. Parking costs extra, though it's worth paying for the security. Cove is the best place I've stayed in Liverpool!

We were two brothers in town for a long weekend, with plenty of drinks and meals out, and Cove's location was perfect for us. The room was great, and the staff were lovely. A cupboard door hung low when opened, and I bumped my head on it while washing up. I could cast to the TV from my phone, but the picture wouldn't play even though the sound came through. The shower fan didn't work either. They kindly gave us a free late checkout, which I appreciated. We had a really good stay and can't wait to come back. Thank you!
