If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked this apartment months ago, then they cancelled tonight, one night before our stay, claiming there’d been a flood. I don’t believe that’s true, because the apartment is back online now for more than double the price we paid.

The service was terrible. Don’t book here. The night before our stay, he told us it was cancelled because of a leak in the hotel. Soon afterward, the room was listed online again at double the price. We spent the evening looking for another apartment and had no luck. They show no care for customers, and other reviews describe the same thing. They’re not reliable.

This happened to me too, like the other people mentioned below. They cancelled on the day, and this person Sean was aggressive and rude. If you see this before booking, please don’t ignore it!

I’d give zero stars if I could. We came to this apartment through VRBO for one night in liverpool with my husband, children and elderly mother. The owner, who goes by “Sean”, put us in a room we hadn’t booked, on a completely different floor, with fewer bathrooms than the one we reserved. The shared areas smelled like sewage. We contacted him right away, but he got aggressive over messenger and blamed VRBO. We left after about 10 minutes and went to the Marriot. The next day he messaged to claim we’d “broke” his stove and left rubbish, even though we’d only been there about 15 minutes in total. He tried to scam money from us. He’s vulgar and a terrible person. Beware of this building, and listen to all the other one star reviews.
