That bed was sssoooo comfortable, and the whole hotel was extremely clean. Everyone on staff was friendly and polite. We had amazing food, and the Sky Bar was a lush spot for a drink, whether as a couple or in a group. I wanted to buy one of the lovely dressing gowns, but they weren't available when I checked out. I'd recommend this hotel 100%.

The Sky Bar was the highlight for me: gorgeous decor, great cocktails, attentive staff, and good music. The riverview room was amazing too, with a lovely view at night. It was modern, and I liked the open-plan layout between the room and bathroom. My partner loved it, especially the complimentary minibar drinks. I booked the hotel for my partner's birthday. The location made it easy to get to the city centre and nearby attractions. We didn't try the Gino D'Campo restaurant downstairs, but had breakfast there in the morning, and I thought it could have been better for a hotel of this quality. I loved the hotel and liked having everything we needed in one place. We'll definitely come back.

The view was great, though I couldn't open a window, which was the downside. Otherwise, it was a very convenient hotel with everything I needed. I was glad there was a steamer in the room, and the complimentary refreshing drinks were a nice extra.

Breakfast was a real standout. Anita, the manager hostess, welcomed us and guided us through it, while keeping a close eye on her team. The coffee, fruit, hot choices, local yogurt, and all the little details made it one of the best breakfasts in town, in my opinion. Guests get a discount. The Italian restaurant across the street, "51", is also run with a lot of care and love by its owners. Nicole at reception made us feel welcome when we arrived. We'd booked one room, then needed another because some of our group had a bad experience at a different hotel where cleanliness and noise were problems. At very short notice, Nicole found us a second room on the same floor as the rest of our party. Thanks, Nicole! This newer Liverpool hotel made our stay amazing. The staff were wonderful, and the well-equipped rooms were clean and modern, with no carpets, which I loved. The restaurant was top notch too. It's about a 10-minute walk from the downtown action, and after the music we could return to a quieter part of town and actually sleep. I need a very clean place to feel comfortable, and this hotel didn't disappoint.
