The apartment looks amazing and really quirky, and I was looking forward to staying there. I had to cancel my trip because of a personal situation, though, and the staff managing Kapsule Apartments were understanding from the first booking message right through to the end. They were quick and efficient with replies. I'd absolutely use them again, and hopefully I'll get to stay soon.

I couldn't stay because of the Covid regulations and have lost more than £800, with no refund. They ignore my emails, calls and text messages. Even Booking.com can't get hold of them. Do not stay there.

I wouldn't use them again. I couldn't use the room because of Covid 19, but they flat-out refused any kind of refund. That's £400 down the tube. I hope keeping the money was worth losing customers for good.

We were due to stay in September and paid £1000 for two apartments, but now I can't get in touch. The owner seems to have cancelled their number and isn't replying to Booking.com emails. I've been told the place has closed down. If you're thinking of booking, don't.

They've taken £980 and won't answer emails or phone calls. Nobody picks up. This is absolute theft. I'll be contacting Citizens Advice about this disgraceful company. Do not book.
