We found a silverfish in the room, which was really unpleasant. The windows were poorly insulated too, so the rooms were extremely cold and not a comfortable place to relax or sleep. The showers were in bad shape and didn’t work properly. For the price, I expected a much better standard of comfort and quality. It was far too expensive for what we got, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make significant improvements.

The staff made our visit. Every interaction was brilliant, and they were all so friendly and accommodating. The location is great, though mornings can be a little noisy. The rooms look a bit dated, but they were clean and had pretty much everything we needed. They’re a good size for a family too. I’d highly recommend it for the staff alone. 😀

The rooms are lovely and roomy, with all the amenities you could need. You can walk to Liverpool 1 and the high street in just a short time, which makes the location great. I’ve stayed at posh pads loads of times and they never disappoint. I’ll keep coming back.

We’ve been here twice now. The apartment hotel is right in the centre, with friendly service and large, well-kept rooms. The single glazing is my one gripe, since you hear a lot through the night. Why does everyone feel the need to sing at the top of their voice at five in the morning?

The rooms are huge and clean, though a bit dated, and fair for the price. Natalie and Bob were an absolute pleasure to get to know. They were so helpful, and we’ll be choosing posh pads again on our next Liverpool trip 🙂
