Premier Inn Liverpool Lime Street

Bronaugh was the standout at reception, helpful, friendly and smiling every time we saw her. Her service was a 10/10. We stayed at Premier Inn Lime Street from Thursday to Monday. The location was really good, though the room could do with a bit of freshening up.

Lily was the first person I met at check-in, and she was warm and welcoming. She also helped me with my meal in the restaurant. The service was fantastic, and the place is ideally situated right by the train station. A man at reception around 7:30 pm on 9.6.26 was friendly and helpful as well. Lily is a credit to the company.

The room was lovely and very clean, and the location was brilliant. Breakfast is well worth adding on. The morning waiting staff were great and, despite being very busy, kept everything available. Our stay started badly because our early check-in booking had been removed without anyone letting us know. Jayse sorted it out when we arrived and made us feel like we mattered and had his full attention. Crisis averted. He's a real asset to the hotel, 10 out of 10. We'll definitely come back. Two very happy sisters, and we'd highly recommend staying here.

Around 4 am on Saturday, I badly cut my thumb when it got caught in a taxi door. Lime Street station was closed, and all the nearby shops were shut, so I couldn't find first aid. I went to the Premier Inn near Liverpool Lime Street station, even though I wasn't a guest. One staff member checked on me and reassured me, while another quickly fetched the first aid kit and carefully bandaged my thumb. I didn't catch their names, but I hope this reaches them. Their calm, kind help made a stressful start to the morning much easier. I'm very grateful to them both.
