Premier Inn Liverpool - West Derby

They even helped me figure out the new parking machine, and arranged a ground-floor room because my partner Molly Readman is disabled. We've stayed here several times, and the staff have always been friendly and ready to help with anything. We'll be back. Thanks to everyone, Brian O'Shaughnessy.

Steph managed to get us a family room at the last minute. It was clean, warm and felt homely, and my children said they felt safe there. Kev and Steph were both so welcoming and helpful that they turned the trip around for us. After our original accommodation fell through twice, the replacement smelled of cannabis, wasn't child-friendly and was in a dodgy area. We'd come from Somerset to see Anfield stadium on 24/01/2026, a five-hour journey each way, so the stress had really taken its toll. My wife brought Kev and Steph flowers and chocolates to thank them. I hope management recognizes the care and understanding they showed. I can't thank them enough for saving our Liverpool weekend, and I'd recommend the hotel.

The taxi from the town centre was £17, so the location was okay. Breakfast was a bit busy and only average, though there was plenty for the price. Reception went out of their way for our group, changing rooms at the last minute to make things more comfortable for the two people sharing. The hotel was up to the usual Premier Inn standard.

Getting in and out was quick and easy, and the staff were lovely. There’s a Beefeater next door, with two supermarkets and a bus stop close by. The room was fine apart from the bathroom ceiling, which had lots of little mould spots and damp marks. When we arrived, the room reeked of bleach, so it seemed they knew about the problem and had tried to clean it.
