The building was beautiful, and we'd consider coming back if we just needed a base. The price was good, the room was clean, and the instructions for getting in were clear. There were stains on the sofa, though. It was freezing when we arrived because the heating wasn't on. Once we found the plug, it took ages to warm up, and it was tucked behind the wardrobe, which we had to pull out. We could also hear music very loudly from next door. They hadn't mentioned before booking that it was joined to turtle bay. It would've been nice to arrive to a warm room.

The building is beautiful, the quality is excellent, and the location is fantastic. I had an outstanding experience and will keep coming back. The staff are lovely once you get chatting with them.

The apartments are clean and simple, the prices are good, and the staff are really helpful. Just be aware it can get a bit loud being right above Matthew Street, though it usually quiets down before midnight.

I haven't been inside the apartment complex, but the area itself is a nice place to hang out and enjoy the weather or whatever else is going on.

The staff are nice, like everyone in Liverpool, and the rooms are nice too. Checking in and out was easy, with all the details sent by email. You can arrive and feel at home straight away 😁
