Pullman Liverpool

I've stayed here many times, for business, a weekend away or other trips, and the rooms, architecture and views are vibrant. It's in a great location, and the area is quiet, with no noise from other guests. I had a few problems on one visit, but chris, the guest experience manager, sorted them out right away. He offered money back and a complimentary stay with breakfast. There was even a kind note on the desk with some nice little sweets and mints. A great experience overall. I'd recommend it and will definitely return.

The staff were all lovely and polite, and breakfast had a delicious range of choices. My husband and I visited for his birthday. I'd asked for floor-to-ceiling windows and, after paying for a superior room, got a free upgrade to a deluxe. I also paid around £45 for room extras, which were lovely. The mini bar was supposed to be stocked when we arrived, but it wasn't. I asked three times, twice by room phone and once at reception, and it still took over three hours to fill. Even so, it's a beautiful location and we'd stay again.

For my wife's 40th, the hotel arranged early check-in, a room with amazing views and a surprise birthday plate of chocolate brownies. They really went above and beyond. The hotel is high quality, the rooms have loads of space, and the bar food was spot on. I've stayed in Liverpool for years, and this was hands down the best hotel around. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The staff really impressed me during a huge conference week when Pullman Liverpool was completely full. Chris, Harry, Kieran, Maddy and the bar team kept things welcoming and professional despite all the check-ins, room changes and requests. I spent the first day working in the lobby, ate there and got to see the busy operation up close. The way everyone handled the pressure was excellent. A young man behind the bar also recommended the scouse, and I really enjoyed it. Much deserved credit to the whole team.
