TCO Luxury House

This isn't a luxury house. It's a home divided into rooms for one or several occupants, despite what the name suggests. The location is great, but the sound insulation is poor: I could hear activity in the next room, and because my room faced the street, every passing car came through.

Being near the football ground made me so happy as a Liverpool supporter. I was here for a few days with five people, and the facilities were great. The place was absolutely brilliant, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I had a great stay. The place was clean, tidy, and in a good location. Hope I can come back soon.

We booked this mainly because Anfield was within walking distance, and that was the one thing it had going for it. In Room 5 the TV didn't work, the beds were so uncomfortable we could feel the springs, and the shower was cold from the first day. An engineer came after we contacted the Manager, but couldn't fix it, so we had to use the downstairs shower, which was awkward with other guests around. The next night there was still no hot water, while the toilet had started flushing hot water. Then the fire alarm went off, and we were awake until after midnight. There was no hot water the following morning either. The Manager didn't answer, and hasn't replied to several emails since. Please don't stay here. It's nowhere near 8.5 stars and is so overpriced.
