The Baltic Hotel

The room was clean and nicely set up, and breakfast was very good. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. Even the manager took time to chat with us each day and share useful advice and insights. It's probably the best stay I've had so far, in a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and exceptional service. I'll definitely book again when we return.

We had to find somewhere at the last minute after another place let us down, and the people here were really lovely. We had a laugh with the staff when they came to help us. The room was fine, breakfast was good, and the rooms were great value. Most places are about a 15-20 minute walk away, which was generally not too bad.

They cancelled our wedding venue a month before the date because they couldn't work with our food budget, and weren't willing to explore other options. We're utterly disappointed and shocked. From the time we booked until the last minute, it was a nightmare trying to reach the person in charge of our event. The communication was terrible and the whole thing felt completely unprofessional. They sent a plain, lame email to cancel, with no call or face-to-face conversation. Don't trust them with your special day. I'd give zero stars if I could.

The room was absolutely perfect for us, with a spacious bedroom, a large bathroom and walk-in shower. The sheets were comfy, and there was a kettle and television too. We felt really looked after, and the service was amazing, even in the middle of the night when we needed a bottle of wine. We couldn't figure out the online ordering system, so I went down to the desk to get it. It was no stress at all.
