It's huge and affordable, right in the centre, so the location is great. But sleep was another story. There's constant aircon noise from the alley beside the room. At night they empty glass containers, people pass right by the thin windows shouting, cars stop and their lights shine into the room. It gets hot, there's no aircon, and the windows don't open. Great spot, but not if you need to sleep.

It's less than five minutes from Cavern Quarter and the high street, and for the price I was very happy with my stay. The apartment is absolutely huge, with a fully functional kitchen and the utensils and appliances you need. The TV is great, and the free Wi-Fi works brilliantly, which is most important. Big, comfy bed and a warm bathroom stocked with what you need. Some walls and windows are a bit run down, so I wouldn't call it five star, but it's definitely great value. No regrets at all 😍

The lift wasn't working, and getting there means taking a narrow cobblestone path past the neighbouring business's waste bins. Seagulls party all night. On the plus side, the rooms are clean, the location is central and the price is decent.

The apartments are kept clean and the management team is great. The Wi-Fi, though, is very weak or cuts out altogether most of the time.
