We couldn't get into the place because the code for the key safe didn't work, and nobody replied to us or Airbnb. After trying to sort it out, we requested a full refund through Airbnb and found somewhere else for our hen do. A complete nightmare.

We waited outside the apartment in Liverpool for two hours after arriving, with no key and no word from the owner. In the end we had to book another place. This felt like a total scam. Don't bother.

The service was absolutely awful. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Avoid it.
