For our annual girly Xmas night out last week, we stayed here and couldn’t fault it. It was modern, very clean, comfortable, and in a handy spot. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Hopefully we’ll be back in the new year.

The location was ideal, just a short walk from the centre. Our room was spotless and spacious, and the customer service was amazing. We felt welcome, and all the instructions were clear. Highly recommend!

We had loads of room in the top floor penthouse, including a huge balcony running along three sides. The flats are in a great spot, close to parking and the main attractions. I’d definitely recommend booking here if you’ve got fun plans in Liverpool.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is well situated with clean, reasonably spacious rooms. But the single bed wobbled badly, there was no hot water for a shower, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The sink plug also leaked, so it wouldn’t hold water while I washed dishes. I won’t stay here again.

The location was handy, around a 5-10 minute walk from shops and bars. The apartments were modern and had what we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, pull-out beds, and separate rooms.
