The Resident Liverpool

We got a really good rate as members of the Resident group. The hotel is well placed for an easy walk to the shops, Royal Albert Dock and the Philharmonic. Our room with its kitchenette worked really well for us, and everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

The rooms were spotless and well equipped, and we all slept brilliantly in the comfortable bed. We also appreciated the welcome drink when we arrived, and the discount at the Italian Club for showing our room card was a nice extra. I was there with my mum, daughter and grandson, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. Sharon, the manager, was especially kind and brought out treats for my grandson. The location made it easy to get around. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back.

The first night, we could hear some of the local nightlife. We mentioned it at reception on our way to breakfast the next morning, asking if they had any earplugs since we'd forgotten ours. They gave us some for free, and before we'd even asked to change rooms, the manager emailed to offer us a quieter one. While we were out exploring, the staff moved our belongings for us. That was such thoughtful, proactive service. We had a wonderful two-night stay at The Resident, Liverpool. The hotel is gorgeous, our room was lovely, and the kitchenette was a great touch. The staff really went out of their way to make things right. We'd happily return and look forward to trying other Resident locations.

The staff were incredible when my partner had a minor accident. They gave her first aid and treated her with so much kindness, like family. The hotel is in a great spot for most things you'd want to do in Liverpool. We had a fantastic one-night stay, and I'd gladly return. Many thanks to everyone who helped us!
