Premier Inn Livingston - M8 Jct3

With so much worry on our minds, I thought finding somewhere to stay would be another big problem. We’d travelled from inverness for an emergency scan at the vet across the road and needed to stay overnight in Livingston. My husband handled things and was given a room without any fuss or complications. The price was fantastic, the bed was comfy, and the room and amenities were spot on. Thanks to the staff for looking after us, they were so helpful!

I’m staying at Premier Inn at the moment and really appreciate how Abigail at reception handled a booking problem. Our room had been booked incorrectly, but she stayed calm, was professional and genuinely helpful, and quickly rearranged everything. Her effort made a potentially stressful situation go smoothly and made a real difference to our stay. Thank you, Abigail.

The room was spotless and breakfast was lovely. We were travelling with our toddler, and the receptionist noticed we'd been given a second-floor room. Before we even asked, she offered to move us downstairs to make things easier with the pushchair. She also put the travel cot together for us. Such thoughtful service. A great stay, thank you!

Katy took our order in the restaurant, checked that everything was alright once the food arrived, and was just so nice. We were first greeted by a lovely chap there, and check-in was handled by a pleasant receptionist. The room felt cool at first, but soon got cosy once we turned up the heating. Premier Inn is lucky to have you, Katy. I hope they appreciate all your hard work.
