We paid £60 a night, and for that price I can't recommend it enough. Our cooked breakfast, ordered the night before, was superb, freshly made with good quality ingredients. There was also plenty of choice of cereal, bread, yogurt, fruit, and proper coffee. The host, Keith, was pleasant, chatty, and helpful. The property is well kept and very clean. Room No 2, at the top of the property, wasn't huge but suited our needs fine. The bed was comfortable, the room warm, and the shower decent. It's directly opposite the tram station, so parking can be tricky, but we found a space a minute's walk away.

Our host was lovely and very easy to talk to. The room was spacious, with clean, comfortable beds, and breakfast was top notch. We were a little worried our one year old's crying might wake people, but the host assured us in the morning that the rooms are pretty solid and guests couldn't hear him upset during the night. The B&B is close to everything. We'd love to stay again and plan to come back.

We stayed two nights last weekend with our one year old. The family room was clean and tidy, and there was already a travel cot set up when we arrived. Hospitality was amazing for me, my partner, and our child, and breakfast was delicious too. Great value for money. We'll definitely stay again.

The tram stop for the Great Orme is right across the road, and town is only a couple of minutes away. Keith & Christine made us feel so welcome during our two-night stay. We had the deluxe double and family room; both were spacious, spotless and had lovely views. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, just as other reviews describe. We’ll definitely stay again. Thank you both.

The owners made us feel comfortable from the start, and went out of their way to make my little girl feel welcome. Our room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was great. The rooms are good value too. Highly recommended.
