Jonathan was friendly and flexible about breakfast and checkout times, and breakfast was excellent. I had a lovely couple of nights here. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed, and looked just like the photo. It's quiet, with a garden and living room where you can relax. The Orme is easy to walk up from here, or you can take the tram, whose station is only minutes away. I'd stay again. Thanks, Jonathan!

The views from Bron orme are breathtaking, and the garden is lovely. Johnathan and the other staff were helpful and friendly, and his warm welcome gave the place a homely feel. The hotel is immaculate and comfortable, but breakfast alone is worth the trip. There's a great choice, all freshly cooked to perfection with locally sourced ingredients. Thank you for a lovely stay. I'll be back!

This was my first stay in a traditional Bed and Breakfast, something we don't have much of at home in NZ, and it felt charming and authentic. The next morning breakfast came quickly and was really fresh, and Johnathan gave us fab directions for sightseeing. Our room had everything we needed, and the clean, welcoming hotel has a gorgeous vintage feel. Alison greeted us warmly when we arrived and showed us up. The location is fantastic, close to town. After a lovely meal out, we didn't mind the slightly uphill walk back.

The furniture is well outdated, and being perched on a hill made the walk up and down to town a struggle for me. Luckily, the town isn't far away. Otherwise, it was a good stay, with everything clean and comfortable.

Really good value for money, and I can't wait to go back. The bedroom was very comfortable, and breakfast was superb. The plates were hot and the service was excellent.
