My parents enjoyed the stay so much that they booked a summer return before they'd even checked out. They haven't had an overnight trip in many years because of ill health, and for weeks beforehand we weren't sure they'd be well enough to travel. Throughout booking, the Cae Mor staff were understanding, supportive and reassuring, which made a real difference. It was a wonderful one-night stay for my family, and I'm grateful to the whole team for making it special. Everyone looked after us from the moment we arrived. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine care made us feel valued, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with excellent facilities, a comfortable, welcoming room and superb food. The people, and their attention to detail, are what set Cae Mor apart. We'll cherish these memories for a long time. Thank you to everyone at Cae Mor for turning what might have been an anxious trip into a positive, relaxing and memorable break. We couldn't have asked for more and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Llandudno.

We slept like logs, with no noise at all, even during the festive season. On our first visit to beautiful Llandudno, the hotel's friendly staff made us feel so welcome that we'll be back in the New Year to explore more of this amazing area. The hotel deserves five stars and more. It's beautiful inside and immaculately clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Nothing was a problem. Our room was lovely, and we were upgraded to one with a fabulous sea view. We had an amazing evening meal in a stunning dining room, then took hot chocolate and a cappuccino they made for us up to the room. Thank you for your kindness, from Tyne & Wear.

Breakfast was brilliant, and the price was very reasonable for what you get, especially with it included. We stayed in room 318, which had a sea view, and the room was fantastic. The staff were very kind. Really lovely hotel, and we'll absolutely return.

We came for three nights to mark our mum's 90th birthday, and the hotel made the weekend feel really special. Andrew and the rest of the team were so kind and helpful. We loved eating in the lovely dining room with its sea view, and the food was excellent. Thank you all 💕 😀

The room was great and the location suited us well. Our bathroom flooded, but staff sorted it straight away. Breakfast was a different story: we waited 50 minutes, and my wife wasn't spoken to very well. When we raised it, they apologized sincerely and refunded the breakfast. It wasn't ideal, though they handled the complaint appropriately.
