The hosts were friendly and down-to-earth, and the rooms at Cleave Court were spotless and comfortable, with a real home-from-home feel. It’s tucked away and peaceful, but still an easy stroll into town or down to the prom. A great base for exploring, relaxing, or eating your way through Llandudno’s fish and chips. The landlord’s Ghost Walk was fun and spooky too. A little gem, definitely recommend!

The host was so pleasant and kind, and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely guest house and will always remember the experience. I’d highly recommend it to friends and family visiting Conway, north Wales. Thanks again from Cheryl and Darryl with the monk dog. Lol

Room 5 was really well equipped and had a huge bed. The guest house is in a good spot, with plenty of parking, and it was very quiet. Rodney was a genuinely pleasant host and nothing was too much trouble. We only stayed one night, but we’ll use it again when we’re in Llandudno. Thoroughly recommend.

Great food and service, as always. We’re back for another bike tour this weekend, and Cleave Court is our regular choice because we can park the motorbikes under shelter behind locked gates. It’s very bike-friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

We arrived on a very busy weekend, but were able to check in early and park. Our room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. Breakfast had a great selection, including the biggest, freshest blueberries we’ve ever seen. Everything at Cleave Court feels fresh and welcoming. Rodney is a wonderful host and chef, always happy to help. We’d definitely stay again.
