We came to Llandudno from Liverpool for a Christmas shopping trip, and would love to stay at Victoria24 again next year. We stayed last year too, and found the flat very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It's got what you need for a weekend like ours, or for a longer break. There are quite a few stairs once you get inside, so it won't suit anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

The beds were so comfortable, with soft, cosy duvets that made it hard to get up in the morning. We were unsure about parking at first, but it turned out to be easy and completely free. The pier is about a 30-minute walk away, which we enjoyed. When we told Annie about a small dishwasher problem, she called back almost straight away and it was fixed within a few hours. Robert and Annie are wonderful hosts, clearly care about their guests, and nothing seems too much trouble. We're already checking dates for next year after a stay at one of the best apartments we've booked. It felt like home from the moment we arrived, and even had a welcoming plaque for our family. The apartment has two spacious floors and a lovely open feel. A welcome basket full of treats was a thoughtful touch. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped, with everything from dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid to cleaning products and handwash. The coffee machine was a real treat in the morning. There are quirky details throughout, including a beautiful main bathroom with his and hers sinks and a sheep-shaped toilet roll holder that made us smile. Families with young children will also find a good selection of games and toys.

We had a long weekend here as a family and the apartment went beyond what we expected. It was clean, well maintained and each room had its own style with a modern feel. There was plenty of room, including a good-sized dining and living area, roomy bedrooms, a large bathroom and an extra toilet. The well-equipped kitchen came with a nice basket of snacks. Everything was clearly signposted, from local things to do and places to eat to the heating schedule. We also watched films on the smart TV with Netflix. I'd recommend staying here and would come back.

We could happily spend the whole day at this spacious, modern, beautiful place without getting bored. It's very clean and well equipped, with everything we needed, including vegan snacks, cereal and milk. There are lots of games and films, plus a Netflix account. Would definitely stay again.

Annie & Robert were so accommodating, and the beds were really comfortable. The apartment is fabulous, with a beautiful fitted kitchen and bathroom. I'll definitely book again.
