Breakfast was first class and good value, and the room was clean and comfortable. On our two-night visit, the twin room hadn't been made ready for us, so we went back to reception. The receptionist sorted it out with real care, first offering two drinks at the bar, then giving us a choice of double rooms and breakfast for both of us the next morning. We were glad to accept. Staff were helpful all the way through, and nothing seemed too much trouble. We were welcomed with a smile when we arrived, and they really are a credit to the hotel.

The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, with a really nice en-suite bathroom. Everyone working there was kind and helpful during our stay. Breakfast cost extra, but it was available at a very reasonable price. I don't think the restaurant, bar or coffee shop had opened yet. A lovely stay, and I'd certainly recommend this place if you're in the area.

Parking round the back was a great bonus, with plenty of spaces. The hotel felt fresh and clean throughout, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were only in Llanelli for a quick visit, but the generous breakfast, with a good choice of cooked food, made it a pleasure. Thanks to everyone. We'd definitely recommend it and come back.

The staff were wonderful, and the hotel's location worked perfectly for what I needed. The room floor was a bit concerning, since I could feel the boards move more than felt comfortable. The bed was also odd, very hard in some spots and soft in others. Still, I had a lovely stay.

The room was quiet, clean and well kept, though a little cold. The service was easily some of the best I've had at a hotel. They helped me park, brought my bags to the room, made me a drink and gave me useful local information. Thank you.
