We’ll remember the hot tub in the garden, with those gorgeous views over the mountains and lake, and the delicious breakfast. The rooms were immaculate and felt luxurious, and the location in Snowdonia National Park was ideal. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming, and their adorable dog was a delight too. It’s a one of a kind place, and we’re so glad we found it. We’ll be back one day!

The views were incredible, and breakfast was delicious. Alex and Lorraine made us feel very welcome and gave us great tips for walks and places to eat. Our room was spacious, clean, and tidy. We had a PERFECT stay!

We really enjoyed the perfect breakfasts and the comfortable, well equipped bedroom. The interiors are tasteful and very luxurious, and the location is wonderful. The honesty bar is a nice touch, though we didn’t use it. One thing to plan ahead for is dinner: eateries are a fair distance away and can be busy or fully booked.

Breakfast and our packed lunch were lovely, and the rooms were spotless. Alex and Lorraine were fantastic from the moment we arrived, making the place feel like home. The setting is stunning too. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, with incredible views and an outstanding breakfast. Dolffanog Fawr has a lovely homey feeling while still having every detail in place, almost like a five star hotel-home. The owners were welcoming and helpful, and went far beyond what we expected to make us comfortable. Our stay was PERFECT!
