There’s plenty of room between the tables, and the prices are reasonable. The steak was overcooked and wasn’t the Ribeye promised, and the spaghetti was far too soft and saucy. It did taste good and was fair value, so I couldn’t complain. The barman was especially friendly and accommodating. I probably wouldn’t go back, but I’d recommend it to a cautious traveller after a meal and a nice beer.

That beer garden is absolutely lush, and the staff were super friendly. The chips were the best I’ve ever had, and they even had 0% Corona beer. You’ve made this pregnant customer very, very happy!

A friendly little pub with great staff. The food was incredible, cooked just right, and came out quickly. It’s a hidden gem for a good meal, and even if you’re not passing, it’s worth making a detour to try it.

The prices seemed very reasonable, and we really enjoyed both the food quality and the portions. Everything felt just right, and the service was lovely. Our server and the younger girl who checked on us were professional, but also warm and genuinely human. It was busy, with the dining area and the pub area both being served, yet they still smiled and showed care. No complaints at all. We’d definitely come back if we’re in the area again.

It was very busy, with every table taken, so book ahead like we did. The food was delicious: chicken curry, carbonara, fish and chips, and veggie wellington. Everyone made us feel welcome, and the staff were very friendly. Excellent service.
