We had a lovely, cosy stay in the studio for 11 nights over Christmas and New Year. It’s a great spot, and the beach really isn’t far away. We’ll definitely come back in the spring or summer x

The woodland and private gardens around the estate were lovely for our little dog to sniff and scamper in, and there’s a woodland path down to the nearest beach. It was mostly shingle and rocks, but still a pretty place to sit and take in the rugged scenery away from the crowds. We booked the Studio for a quiet midweek break, three nights from 26-29 September, and found it a little gem with everything we needed in a delightful setting. The estate has a range of places to stay, from the studio and cottages in different sizes to an imposing Manor House. James, the friendly and helpful owner, was often around and happy to chat or answer questions about the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our three days and are looking forward to returning. We’ll definitely book the studio again.

We loved our cottage, and the grounds and garden were beautiful. It’s fabulous. We only wish we’d had a longer stay, and we’ll be back.
