Simon and Shirley made us feel very welcome. The breakfast that came with the stay was exceptional, and the cleanliness and facilities were incredible. We came for a bit of rest and relaxation, and the location was perfect, about 5 miles outside Aberystwyth with views across the valley to the sea.

We got on brilliantly with the hosts, who came out to greet us as we pulled into the drive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was to die for. It's tucked away, which made it just right for a quiet break.

A great little place with lovely views, even the dogs watched the sunset 🤣. It's a little run down, but dogs are welcome and the Host is very friendly.

The countryside views were amazing, and it was a peaceful spot. I felt very welcome, and they were accommodating. Lovely home-cooked breakfast too.
