Isle of Eriska Hotel and Spa

The grounds were beautifully kept, and the service and breakfast were incredible. Some of the food was among the best I’ve ever had, and I’d definitely return. There were a couple of problems: the hot water wasn’t ready early in the morning, and the room was over 37c or 100f and stayed that hot all night. The staff did try to fix it, and I appreciated their efforts.

We had an excellent three-course dinner at the restaurant, with high-quality food that was well prepared. The hotel also has lovely little spaces with fireplaces where we could enjoy a glass of wine. Our room was great, and everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. We loved this place and would absolutely recommend the Eriska hotel. There’s always room for improvement anywhere, but the less positive reviews, with a lot of first-world problems, nearly put me off. I’m glad we came, and hope to return sometime.

The Isle of Eriska is a beautiful destination, but its people are what made our stay special. From arrival onward, the staff made us feel welcome as individuals. Everyone was professional, warm, and attentive, and their care felt sincere rather than rehearsed. That thoughtful service created an easy, comfortable atmosphere with a quiet sense of luxury. Our stay was relaxing and genuinely memorable, and we look forward to returning. Thank you, Rob and Jordan, for everything you did. We appreciate it.

It’s a beautiful little island, so make sure you get out and explore on foot. We had a really amazing stay and would highly recommend it. The restaurant felt a little overpriced for what it was, though.
